All orders are processed within 7 - 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-demand periods or launches, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 7–10 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Anchored & Aura Co. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. If you need additional assistance, feel free to reach out to us.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
